Webinar Recap: Breathe New Life Into Your Campaigns

Bess Owen · October 22, 2017

Quikly partnered with Forrester earlier this month to detail the challenging brand-consumer relationship.  CEO Shawn Geller was joined by guest speaker and Forrester Senior Analyst, Emily Collins in the webinar, “Motivating Behavior Like a True Marketer: Changing the Mindset of an Empowered Consumer,” to share the secrets behind motivating consumer behavior.  Watch it anytime.

Due to the high value of a subscriber, brands are seeking innovative methods to acquire new-to-file customers for their CRM database.  However, they face the ongoing challenge of maintaining database growth to create direct, meaningful relationships with their customers. In the webinar, our CEO discusses the innovative ways Quikly’s Acquisition Solution can effectively and efficiently acquire new opt-ins across email, mobile and social platforms. Quikly’s solutions not only acquire new opt-ins, but also engage existing customers and drive immediate incremental sales.

Here are 3 key takeaways from the webinar:

1. Exclusive Offers

Adding the element of exclusivity to an offer can ease the acquisition of  new members for your CRM and strengthen the brand-consumer relationship. 72% of consumers believe that exclusive deals or promotions are typically better than offers that are available to anyone.

2. Earned Offers

Earned incentives are among the most likely offers to be redeemed. By asking a consumer to opt-in for email before receiving their offer, you not only boost CRM database growth, but you increase the chances of offer redemption. 88% of consumers surveyed said they are more likely to redeem a reward or offer that they earned.

3. Timeliness of Offers

Limited-time offers provide incentives for a consumer to act, for example. 60% of buyers find time sensitive offers motivating.

The average e-commerce cart abandonment rate hovers around 70%, representing a significant loss in potential revenue.
